Ingredients – 7 slices rye cocktail bread (baguette will work as well) – ½ cucumber – 6 oz cream cheese – 3 tbsp fresh dill – Pinch of kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 350°F ( 180°C ). Cut the bread into thin slices, place on a baking sheet. Spray with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes or until the bread gets crispy. 

Wash the cucumber and place it on your chopping board. Cut it into thin slices and chop the fresh dill..

Next step, in a medium size bowl mix the cream cheese with chopped dill, kosher salt and black pepper. Spread each bread slice with cream cheese using a spoon to help you. Decorate the sandwiches with sliced cucumber and fresh dill on top. Now the sandwiches are ready to be served.
