No matter which squash you choose to grill, this is one tasty side dish your guests will never forget!
– 1 butternut squash – 3 tbsp olive oil – 2 garlic cloves – Pinch of both salt and ground black pepper
On the cutting board, cut the garlic cloves. Set it aside. With a sharp knife, on the cutting board, cut off the ends of the squash. Then cut it lengthwise into thin slices. Peel the slices. Set it aside.
In a small bowl combine together olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Preheat a grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the squash slices and brush with oil mixture on both sides.
– Then cover with aluminum foil and grill for about 5 minutes per side or until tender.
