Ingredients
  

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ green bell pepper
  • 4 fresh small green hot peppers or 1 big or 4 jalapeno peppers if available
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans (or red beans)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

For garnish:

  • Fresh parsley optional
  • Tortilla chips optional

Instructions
 

  • On a chopping board, chop the green hot pepper and the green bell pepper.
    4 fresh small green hot peppers or 1 big, ½ green bell pepper
  • In a food processor or blender place all ingredients: chopped green peppers, bell pepper, garlic, black beans, tomato paste, honey and process until smooth and creamy.

  • Pour the black bean dip in a bowl and garnish with fresh parsley, green pepper and tortilla chips.
