Instructions
Make the Spread:
First cut the bell pepper and the olives and set them aside.
1/3 cup chopped roasted red bell pepper, 1/4 cup kalamata olives
Place the cream cheese and the butter into a hand blender and blend until creamy.
3 oz soft cream cheese, 1/4 cup soft butter
Then add the chopped roasted red bell pepper and olives and continue blending until you get a creamy spread.

Make the Sandwich :
Take the ciabatta bread and cut it into 8 pieces (You can also use a french bread for this recipe). Cut each piece in half as well. Onto each cut-side of bread spread a spoonful of the spread you have already prepared.
1 rectangular loaf ciabatta
Layer bottom half of bread with basil, lettuce, turkey, ham, salami and yellow cheese.
1/2 cup fresh basil, 4 large lettuce leaves, 1/4 pound thinly sliced deli smoked turkey, 1/4 pound thinly sliced deli baked ham, 1/4 pound thinly sliced sopressata Italian salami or salami, 6 3/4-oz slices provolone cheese
Cover with the top half of the bread and enjoy.
You may want to fold the meat slices while you are making the sandwich and you can also add more or less of some of the ingredients if you prefer.
