Place the slices of pear and gouda over the bread and top with baby arugula. Place the top slice of bread on the sandwich.
4 oz. gouda, 1 cup baby arugula
Take a non-stick pan and place it over low heat. You may want to add some oil in the pan to make the bread crispier. Place the sandwiches in the pan, flip it on the other side as well and cook until the bread is golden brown and crisp and the gouda has melted.
