Cheese Stuffed Baby Peppers

Cheese Stuffed Baby Peppers are a delicious and easy-to-make picnic side dish that will have your guests asking for seconds


– 4 oz herbed cheese spread – 2 tbsp chopped chives – 8 oz sweet bell peppers (mini or regular)

Step 1: Chop the chives and leave them aside for the top

Step 2: Wash the peppers and place them on the chopping board. Halve the peppers lengthwise so you’ll have two equal parts. Remove the seeds and membranes.

Step 3: Spread herbed cheese in each of the pepper halves.  Sprinkle some of the already chopped chives on top.
