- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 8 oz sweet bell peppers mini or regular
Chop the chives and leave them aside for the top.

Wash the peppers and place them on the chopping board. Halve the peppers lengthwise so you’ll have two equal parts. Remove the seeds and membranes.
