Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz herbed cheese spread
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 8 oz sweet bell peppers mini or regular

Instructions
 

  • Chop the chives and leave them aside for the top.
    2 tbsp chopped chives
  • Wash the peppers and place them on the chopping board. Halve the peppers lengthwise so you’ll have two equal parts. Remove the seeds and membranes.

  • Spread herbed cheese in each of the pepper halves. Sprinkle some of the already chopped chives on top.
