First clean and cut the spring onion into small pieces and set it aside for later.
2 tbsp green onion
In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, dill and salt. Blend it with an electric mixer on low speed until everything is combined.
8 oz 1 package cream cheese (softened), 8 oz 1 package sour cream, 2 tsp dried dill, ½ tsp salt
Add spinach and mix it with a spoon until everything is well incorporated. Place the complete mixture in the fridge for a while or chill overnight.
5 oz ½ package frozen spinach
If the mixture thickens in the fridge you can add a small amount of milk adding 1 tbsp at a time until you get the desired consistency.
