Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp green onion
  • 8 oz 1 package cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz 1 package sour cream
  • 2 tsp dried dill or 2 tbsp fresh dill if available
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 5 oz ½ package frozen spinach
  • Milk optional

Instructions
 

  • First clean and cut the spring onion into small pieces and set it aside for later.
    2 tbsp green onion
  • In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, dill and salt. Blend it with an electric mixer on low speed until everything is combined.
    8 oz 1 package cream cheese (softened), 8 oz 1 package sour cream, 2 tsp dried dill, ½ tsp salt
  • Add spinach and mix it with a spoon until everything is well incorporated. Place the complete mixture in the fridge for a while or chill overnight.
    5 oz ½ package frozen spinach
  • If the mixture thickens in the fridge you can add a small amount of milk adding 1 tbsp at a time until you get the desired consistency.

  • Serve the dip with your favorite vegetables.
