Easy Pizza Dip

This Easy Pizza Dip a crowd-pleaser, but it's also a great picnic side dish. Easy to transport and can be served with a variety of dippers!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz 1 cups cream cheese
  • 6 oz 1½ cups mozzarella cheese (¾ cup + ¾ cup)
  • 4 oz 1 cup parmesan cheese(½ cup + ½ cup)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 8 fl oz 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 15 pepperoni slices
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Take the greater and grate the parmesan, mozzarella and cheddar.
    6 oz 1½ cups mozzarella cheese (¾ cup + ¾ cup), 4 oz 1 cup parmesan cheese(½ cup + ½ cup), 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Spray a pie dish with cooking spray ( I used a glass dish ). Start layering the pizza dip. Using a butter knife or a spoon spread the already soft cream cheese over the dish. In the dish add ¾ cup from previously grated mozzarella and ½ cup parmesan.

  • Pour the pizza sauce over the cheese to cover it. Repeat the same procedure for another layer. Top with a layer of shredded cheddar and finish with pepperoni slices.
    8 fl oz, 15 pepperoni slices
  • Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
