Ingredients
  

  • 2.6 fl. oz ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oil-sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp dried basil optional
  • 1 tsp minced chives
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 piece of mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • First step of the process is to cut the dried tomatoes into small slices on a chopping board. Also chop the fresh parsley and the chives. You may also want to cut the mozzarella into cubes if it is not already cut.
    1 tbsp oil-sun dried tomatoes, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, 1 tsp minced chives
  • Take a large bowl and put the mozzarella cheesе which is previously chopped into cubes and after that add the olive oil, dried tomatoes, parsley, pepper flakes, minced chives and garlic powder.
    2.6 fl. oz, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, Pinch of garlic powder, 1 piece of mozzarella cheese, 1 tsp dried basil
  • All these ingredients mix gently with a spoon and place in a fridge for about 30 minutes to marinate.
  • Serve them on a skewers.
