Break out of your ordinary and try this delectable Cabanossi Rolls recipe and learn exactly why it should be on your must-cook list for every picnic or party.
On a clean work surface dust some flour and lay the puff pastry on it. Roll it just a bit so it thinners a little.
1 sheet puff pastry, Flour to dust
Put one cabanossi stick at the end of the pastry and roll the pastry to wrap the cabanossi. Just right before you roll it till the end, leave one inch, and cut the pastry.
3 cabanossi sticks
Brush the one inch wide edge that you just left with beaten egg and roll till the end.

Repeat with the other two cabanossi sticks. Cut each roll into 6 pieces and transfer to a baking dish lined with parchment paper ( or to a baking dish lightly greased).
Brush with egg again on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve with your favorite sauces.
