Pour a small amount of olive oil in a baking dish, place the chicken breasts inside and pour some olive oil over the chicken breasts as well. Add some salt and black pepper to taste, add some chicken seasoning on the top and place it in the oven. Bake the chicken breasts at 390°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes or until it gets a nice brown color. Leave it aside shortly to cool so you can slice it.

Place your chopping board and cut the cooked meat into slices. Cut the figs into thin slices as well. Cut the cheese if it is not already sliced. Set the baguette and divide it into 3 parts. Cut each part in half.
3 Figs, ½ pound Sheep or goat melting cheese, 1 baguette
Fill each sandwich with baby spinach, chicken slices, fig slices and cheese slices. Add the other piece of bread on top of the sandwich.
