First, take the lettuce, wash it and take out the biggest leaves. Cut the stems and put the leaves aside for later. Slice the onion into circles and tomatoes as well.

In a baking pan lay a baking paper and place the bacon over it. Bake until brown and crispy. Leave them aside to cool for later.

The best way to wrap this sandwich is with the help of a parchment paper. Place a big piece of parchment paper on your working surface and put the lettuce on top of it. Make sure that the leaves are overlapping so the filling from the sandwich doesn’t fall out.
Layer the ham and the cheese in the middle of the lettuce leaves. Spread guacamole over the ham and cheese using a spoon.
4 slices deli ham, 2 slices Swiss cheese, ¼ cup guacamole
Place the previously cut tomato and onion in the middle. Add the previously cooked bacon cut into pieces.
Roll the wrap sandwich with the help of parchment paper. Roll it tight so everything stays in place.
At the end wrap the parchment paper over the sandwich and tuck it underneath. Cut the sandwich in half.
