In a medium bowl, combine together crumbled blue cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Add the vinegar and mix well. Add the previously chopped green onion and garlic, dried parsley and ground black pepper.
2 tbsp green onions, 2 cloves garlic, 3 oz blue cheese, ⅓ cup 2.6 oz cream cheese, 3 tbsp 1.5 oz sour cream, 1 tbsp dried parsley, pinch ground black pepper, 1 tsp white vinegar
Whisk the ingredients until you have a smooth and creamy dip.
This dip tastes great if refrigerated overnight before serving.
Serve with celery, carrots or roast chicken.
