Cucumber Dill Toast Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 7 slices rye cocktail bread baguette will work as well
  • ½ cucumber
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill
  • Pinch of kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F ( 180°C ). Cut the bread into thin slices, place on a baking sheet. Spray with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes or until the bread gets crispy.

  • Wash the cucumber and place it on your chopping board. Cut it into thin slices and chop the fresh dill.

  • Next step, in a medium size bowl mix the cream cheese with chopped dill, kosher salt and black pepper.
    6 oz cream cheese, Pinch of kosher salt and black pepper to taste
