Place the bacon on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 400°F (205°C) for about 7-10 minutes.

In a small bowl combine together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Mix with a spoon until everything is incorporated and leave this sauce aside for later.

On the serving plate place one piece of toasted bread. Add 2 slices of turkey, top with a fresh spinach, 2 slices of tomato, and 2 slices of bacon.

Layer another slice of toast on top.

Place 3 more slices of turkey, 4 slices of fresh avocado, and 2 more pieces of bacon.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture onto the last slice of toast. Place the toast mayonnaise-side down on top of the sandwich.

Remember you can always add more or less of some of the ingredients depending on your taste.
Repeat with the other sandwich.
Cut the sandwiches into 4 triangles and secure each piece with a toothpick.
