Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup onion diced
  • ½ green hot pepper serrano or jalapeño if available
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 medium tomato diced

Instructions
 

  • Take about half of the avocados and remove the pit before mashing the avocado to a creamy consistency with a fork.

  • Also cut the onion and tomato into small cubes and chop the cilantro as well.
    ¼ cup onion, 1 medium tomato, 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • In a bigger bowl mix the mashed avocado with green hot pepper,onion and cilantro.You can use any hot pepper or serrano and jalapeño if available in your area.
    ½ green hot pepper
  • Add sour cream, lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix it all together until well combined.
    ¼ cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon lime juice, Black pepper to taste, Salt to taste
  • Add the cubed avocado and diced tomato at the end and toss to combine. You can decorate the top with lime wedges and some fresh cilantro.
