Take your bread, cut off the ends and divide it in half. You need to get 2 sandwiches out or each half. Then cut them in the middle lengthwise.

Lay two slices of bread and add 1 tbsp pesto sauce on each half, using the spoon to help you spread the pesto.

Fold a few slices of deli chicken breasts and place them on one piece of the bread. Add some rinsed spinach over the meat. Place one ripped roasted red pepper over the spinach, 2 slices of cheese and place the other half of the bread on top of the sandwich. The peppers are optional but they definitely rish the flavor of the sandwich.
½ pound sliced deli chicken breasts, ½ cup spinach, 2 roasted red peppers, 4 slices provolone cheese
Wrap the sandwich with plastic wrap and cover it with a heavy cutting board on the top. Place it in the fridge and refrigerate it overnight before you serve it.
